I’m Silke Hanzen and can’t wait to meet YOU in real life and drum together at Taikopalooza5!

My Taiko-journey started more than 20 years ago as member of Tentekko-Taiko, one of the first Taiko-groups in Germany. Since 2012 I am teaching children and adults and organizing TaikoSession’s and the online-gathering “TaikoSphere at home” in 2020. Last year I’ve also started “Taiko-Streber”-classes for ambitious player.

After TaikoPalooza 2019 Benni Haas and me started practicing together and we love to perform as TaikoDuo and to collaborate with other groups and artists.

Always looking for the next challenges and full of visions it’s a matter of heart for me, to create opportunities, where Taikoplayer can connect, learn, grow.
